With 18 years of high-level experience, I’ve seen just about every mistake a buyer or seller can make — and I’ve spent years coaching other agents through those same challenges. That perspective matters. It’s why my listings typically sell for 2–3% more and 10–14 days faster than the market average.
I’m a direct communicator, a strong negotiator, and I’m not afraid of the unglamorous parts of this business — picking up the phone, having real conversations, and doing the work that actually moves the needle. My background working with builders and investors gives my clients a real edge, especially when it comes to pricing, strategy, and negotiations.

Outside of work, I’m a husband of 20 years, a dad to four kids, and a Christian who believes integrity still matters — especially when the stakes are high.
